Title: Development of Module and Conduction of ToT on Psychological First Aid for Children

Overall Objective:
To build the capacity of women, children and communities, reducing the risk of shocks and stresses, and also to enhance liaison and connection between the community, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and the government in order to build a more resilient city.

Scope of Work:
• Preparation of detailed action plan in coordination with Proyash staff
• Prepare first draft guideline
• Field testing in three project locations
• Facilitate workshop to share field test result and feedbacks
• Finalize the guideline in English
• Facilitate training workshop on the guideline
• Provide Bengali version of the guideline

Coverage:
Children’s reaction to crisis; engage, contact and immediate support; stabilization and information gathering; plan and act for comprehensive assistant; introducing extended PFA support for further stability etc.
