Mr. Mahmud is a seasoned Development Professional with 15 years of experience in training & capacity building; issue based advocacy in the areas of: health service delivery; water and sanitation; human rights, legal issues and justice; livelihoods; social empowerment and entrepreneurship development program design, implementation and management with non-governmental organizations (NGO) and community based organizations (CBO). He obtained Master of development studies from East West University and Master of laws from Rajshahi University.
