Title: Training Module Development and Conducting Training on Occupational Health, Pain Management among Garment Workers            

Specific Objectives:

• Develop session plan on occupational health and pain management
• Develop awareness on health related hazards due to work in factory;
• Develop knowledge on Do’s and Don’ts for reducing health hazards and
• Skills on conducting pain reduce exercise by management staff

Deliverable:

• Module for Master Trainer on occupational health, pain management with steps of conducting exercise for managing identified problem.
• Conducting seven training for management staff in seven factories’ which duration will be thirty minutes per factory.
