Title: Orientation on Primary Eye Care for Government Health Workers at Upazila level in Barisal Division

Overall Objective:
To provide basic ideas on primary eye care covering primitive, preventive, and rehabilitative aspects among Government Health Workers.

Coverage:
General description on blindness in terms of global, national and local perspective, basic anatomy of eye, eye diseases, primary treatments, refraction errors, basic knowledge on DR and referral system of service delivery etc.

Participant:
600 Government Health Workers.

Location:
12 Upazila of Barisal, Patuakhali, Pirojpur and Jhalokathi districts, Bangladesh.
